My cats are hooked on Performatrin food and Pet Supermarket is the only place I can find that carries this brand. My cats are very picky and can tell the difference between the Performatrin and other brands. Plus Pet Supermarket has great customer service, a rep there recommended the Performatrin brand Freeze Dried Chicken Livers and my eldest cat Loves Chicken Livers! And there is always a really great sale going on! I'm going to be a faithful customer!

We pop in here often to look at animals with our young kids and buy toys for our dog. Today we came in with our 6 and 3-year-old, and the manager William was amazing. He opened the ferret and guinea pig cages, teaching the kids all sorts of facts about each animal and letting them pet them gently. He even let my son touch a snake, which was a highlight! William was super knowledgeable and helpful. When our kids are old enough to have their own tanks/small pets, we’ll definitely work with William! Great experience.

Not only is the store full of a wide variety of pet products, but it's the team members who truly make this place special. William, in particular, is always so friendly and attentive to every customer. He consistently helps me find the best products possible. Amazing customer service and great selection. Josh helped us to find everything we needed for our bunnies and some toys for our dogs and helped us carry everything to the car after. 5/5 will return.

Yesterday was a very rough day with my cat being sick at the vet most of the day. I wish I got the man's name who helped me last night, but not only did he help me find an oral syringe to help water feed my cat but he listened to the day I had and shared his own personal story about a similar situation. That interaction was huge for me bc I was scared all day but I felt so much better after speaking to him. Always happy to shop here ❤️

I recently got 2 cats and Josh helped me pick out a litterbox and took the time to explain the different litter types and food for them, all within 30 minutes of closing. This pet store has earned my repeat business with the friendliness of the employees!
